Appointment Guidelines & Policies 📅 Virtual & In-Person Consultations Virtual consultations are required for basics, photoshoots, music videos, weddings, and special occasions. Customizable makeup requires an in-person consultation. 💄 Come Makeup-Free Please arrive with a clean face—let’s start fresh! 💰 Booking & Deposits A $60 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. ⏳ Running Late? 10-minute grace period—after that, a $15 late fee applies. 20+ minutes late? Your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled. 🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule once (48+ hours' notice) within 30 days. Cancellations within 48 hours = 50% fee (emergency? DM/email proof). No-call, no-shows = 80% fee + banned from rebooking. 🌅 Early Appointments (Before 8 AM)? A $15 early bird fee applies.
